Teoscar Hernandez's Walk-Off Single Gives Dodgers the Victory

The Los Angeles Dodgers pulled out a thrilling victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Saturday night, thanks to a walk-off single by Teoscar Hernandez in the ninth inning. Hernandez's hit drove in Chris Taylor, who had doubled earlier in the inning. The win gives the Dodgers their seventh straight victory and improves their record to 52-24 on the season.

The Dodgers got off to a slow start on Saturday night, as Diamondbacks starter Ryne Nelson held them scoreless through the first five innings. However, the Dodgers finally got to Nelson in the sixth inning, when Mookie Betts hit a solo home run to tie the game at 1-1. The Dodgers then took the lead in the seventh inning on a sacrifice fly by Freddie Freeman.

The Diamondbacks tied the game again in the eighth inning on a home run by Ketel Marte, but the Dodgers would not be denied. Hernandez's walk-off single in the ninth inning gave the Dodgers the victory and sent the crowd at Dodger Stadium into a frenzy.

The Dodgers will now look to continue their winning ways on Sunday afternoon, when they face the Diamondbacks in the rubber match of their three-game series. Julio Urias will start for the Dodgers, while Zac Gallen will start for the Diamondbacks.
