Most fast-food chains and restaurants will be open on July 4. Some restaurants may have special holiday hours, so it's best to call ahead to confirm.

Americans are marking the Fourth of July with barbecues, fireworks, travel, and shopping. Sam's Club will be open from 8 am to 6 pm for Plus members and 10 am to 6 pm for Club members.
